Fr. Evert van Oostrom M.Afr.

Fr. Evert van Oostrom M.Afr. long-time lecturer of Sacred Scripture in major seminaries in Uganda and elsewhere, full time involved in renewal programs for priests and religious, facilitates the module on Priest and Scripture .

Member of the Missionaries of Africa, Masters in Scripture, Rome, long time lecturer at the National seminaries in Uganda, preacher of renewal courses and retreats, facilitator: Praying with Scripture.

Msgr. David Kyeyune

Kampala archdiocese, Doctorate in Sacred Liturgy, (Rome), Former Lecturer at Catholic University of Eastern Africa, Nairobi, former chaplain of Makerere University, Kampala, long time Executive Secretary of the Pastoral and Liturgical department of the Uganda Catholic Secretariat, presently Rector of the Uganda Martyrs Shrine, Namugongo, Facilitator of “Spirituality of a Diocesan Priest”.

Msgr. Gerald Kalumba

Kampala archdiocese, Masters in Sacred Scripture (Rome), former Lecturer and Rector of National Seminary Ggaba, present parish priest of Christ the King Parish, Kampala, facilitator of “Parish Administration”

Rev. Fr. Salvatore Vundru

Arua diocese. Fr Vundru has a unique experience of having overcome an alcoholic addiction that made him suspended from priesthood for 19 years, after a period of rehabilitation. He is now part of the team at the Kampala Serenity center. He also gives seminars in different dioceses on Alcoholism and substance abuse, drawing abundantly and humbly from personal experience which his listeners find highly touching and effective.

Mr. Francis Luyera

MA Development Studies (Makerere University), author, Co-facilitator, Development Education Program, Human Resource Management, Drawing up of Pastoral Plans.

Fr. George Ukken SJ

Member of the Society of Jesus, with a PhD. In Biblical Theology, author, long time director of an institute for priestly renewal in Khartoum. His specialty is in the preaching of retreats, particularly Iganatian retreats. He facilitates Praying with Scripture, and he conducts various retreats and recollections for the priests’ participants and elsewhere.
