Arua diocese. Fr Vundru has a unique experience of having overcome an alcoholic addiction that made him suspended from priesthood for 19 years, after a period of rehabilitation. He is now part of the team at the Kampala Serenity center. He also gives seminars in different dioceses on Alcoholism and substance abuse, drawing abundantly and humbly from personal experience which his listeners find highly touching and effective.
